How long is the design process?

Once I receive ALL content & images, it normally takes between 7-14 working days for the first preview. E-Commerce and more complex websites will take slightly longer.

What are the free monthly website updates?

To keep your website looking fresh, we can do monthly updates for you – absolutely free! The time will be used for content changes to your website, which can include new blog posts, changes to contact information, new product information, updating images, etc.

What is the contract term?

I offer a convenient month-to-month contract term.

What happens if I want to cancel my monthly website?

Please note that our monthly website design packages operate on a month-to-month basis. In the event of cancellation before the completion of 12 months, clients will be responsible for the outstanding balance for the remaining term.

Upon cancellation after the initial 12-month period, a buyout option will be available. It’s important to highlight that once the subscription is canceled, all content and domain names associated with the website will not be transferred to the client.
